- Rate Case Strategy. MCR has extensive

probability of full or partial recovery and quantifies the financial implications

- Rate Case Management. MCR assists
our clients with planning, preparing, developing and supporting rate case

and address key rate case issues, develop structure and strategy of supporting
testimony and manage the filing of the required schedules and working papers.
