Frank is a co-founder and partner
of MCR. His experience includes advising utility clients in financial and operational
processes, financial planning, asset management and information technology.
In his 25-year career, he has provided consulting services to over 50 utility
clients.
Frank’s experience includes
advising accounting, finance and business planning organizations in corporate,
nuclear generation and T&D organizations. He focuses on achieving greater
organizational efficiency, cost optimization and business results through improvements
in business processes and better use of information technology.
Prior to founding MCR, Frank was
a senior officer at Utilities International, Inc., where he led the financial
forecasting and capital management solutions group. Before that, while at Metzler
and Associates, he directed a number of engagements to improve accounting, financial,
resource planning and operational management processes.
Frank began his energy career at
Public Service New Mexico, where he headed Corporate Financial Planning and
Investor Relations.
Frank has authored numerous articles
and white papers for Electric Light & Power Magazine and Energy Central.
He holds a MBA in information technology and a BBA in finance and economics
from the University of New Mexico.
