Melanie Gillette, Director

Melanie is a Director in MCR’s Energy Products and Services Practice and has nearly 30 years of experience providing a variety of clients with strategies to address the challenges of integrating renewables into energy portfolios while considering the impacts on the grid. Her expertise includes policy advocacy at state energy and public utility commissions as well as ISOs and FERC. Melanie led policy teams for several companies before joining MCR and more recently has led MCR’s team of energy efficiency independent evaluators. She also works with non-profit trade associations and other entities to develop and implement energy policy strategies.
