Performance Expectations:
- Apply nuclear expertise and broad set of business skills to client projects
- Work with client teams to collect and analyze data
- Integrate research and analytic skills to develop meaningful findings and conclusions
- Use creativity and insights to draw actionable and compelling recommendations
- Work with and motivate client teams to implement recommendations
- Prepare and present client communications
- Foster client relationships through positive client team interactions
- Be available for reasonable business travel
Qualifications:
- Commercial nuclear experience in Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, or Accounting/Finance
- Advance degree preferred in Engineering or MBA
- Solid analytic skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and Access
- Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time and develop high quality work products
MCR offers an attractive total compensation package including competitive base salary and superior bonus potential. Relocation is unnecessary in MCR’s Nuclear Practice since MCR uses a virtual office model where you can work from home.
